XAppPreference
Description
XAppPreference includes preferences on the metadata of the xApps to be deployed. If not defined, then the xApps would be chosen based on the default preferences.
PreferenceType field of tag preferenceType
PreferenceType is the type of the preference. If Force, then the xApp would be deployed only if it matches the Metadata. Otherwise, policy will not be deployed. If Avoid, then the xApp would NOT be deployed if it matches the Metadata. Other xApps would be investigated and if not found, the policy would not be deployed.
